Lay Training OfficerDiocesan Offices, Clayton House, Blackburn, BB1 2QEFollowing the culmination of a successful Diocesan vision which included a commitment to call, equip and support lay leaders for ministry in the Parishes, 2026 marks the launch of a new vision to build upon the work already begun to develop the lay training programme.The Diocese is seeking to appoint a part-time Lay Training Officer to play a crucial role in the education of lay ministers. The person appointed will facilitate initial formational training for informal lay ministry and play a key role in the implementation of our new ALM programme across Lancashire.
