Guest Services and Events Staff

Whalley Abbey, Whalley, BB7 9SS

We are looking for two Guest Services and Events Staff to join the team at Whalley Abbey and help create exceptional experiences for guests, retreat groups and event attendees. This varied position combines front-of-house hospitality, guest services, event coordination, bookings administration and sales support in a unique and historic setting. You'll be welcoming visitors, supporting conferences and events, promoting Abbey services and ensuring high standards of customer care throughout every guest's journey. If you're organised, professional, enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team while contributing to the Abbey's mission and welcoming community.
