Finding Jesus in Narnia - Colne St Bartholomew's church

St Bartholomew’s Church in Colne is holding an outreach mission event called “Finding Jesus in Narnia”.

The event is open to all ages and is free.

There will be fourteen life size scenes, everything has been handmade and painted. The scenes will tell the story of “The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe. Everyone will be given a booklet with fourteen daily reflections, along with character descriptions and allegories within the story.

The event begins on Saturday 22 November and runs until Saturday 6 December, 11am to 3pm. On Sunday 23 November we will be holding a grand opening for our Sunday Service at 11am called Narnia Sunday and Bishop Jill is attending.

There is also a raffle all prizes are Narnia related and some are very collectible.

There will be refreshments available everyday at a small cost. This will be hot and cold beverages and various cakes and biscuits.

It is going to be AWESOME! The light of Christ will be shinning bright.
