Professor Wolfe works in systematic theology, philosophical theology in the European tradition, and theology and the arts. Her main research focus is on eschatology: on the role of the 'last things' in theological, philosophical and literary thought.
She has published widely on eschatological themes in theology, in European philosophy (especially Martin Heidegger and his circle), and in literature (especially the romance tradition from Shakespeare's late plays to C.S. Lewis)
