FREE Youth Leader Conference 

Saturday 14th October 2023 

9.30am for a 10am start until 4pm 

At The Centre at St Thomas’ Church, Lancaster 

We had an amazing time at the Youth Leader Conference in 2022 and we cannot wait for Saturday 14th October 2023 when we get to do it all over again! 

The Youth Leader Conference gathers church youth leaders and teams from across the diocese so together we can be encouraged, equipped and resourced in our ministry with young people.

This year, we will be digging into how we can create the right ‘soil’ for our young people to encounter Jesus so that their lives are transformed by His love, establishing deep roots of faith as they grow as disciples of Jesus. 

To help us explore the best way to cultivate our youth ministry we will be joined by two fabulous guest speakers and a host of experienced local youth ministers ready to share their expertise.

There will also be a choice between four TED-style talks which will discuss the ‘nuts and bolts’ of youth ministry or a hosted-conversation about how we can help young people to grow as disciples of Jesus.

The day will also include a choice of five informative and thought-provoking workshops as well as times of worship.
