Update Entry

Please complete the following form to update an existing entry in the Church of England Net Directory. The Organisation Name and E-Mail Address sections must be completed. The completed form will be e-mailed to a real person who will check and edit the entry before updating the Data-Base. Please note that the subject categories submitted may be modified if considered too narrow.
