MDR is an opportunity to reflect on ministry and to set objectives for future life and ministry. Any training so identified has priority in funding. All clergy are encouraged to participate at least once every two years. Individual clergy can organise reviews themselves, by downloading the documents below.
"Ministerial Development Review
is coming soon to locations near you;
you’ve a partner beside you,
and Bishops to guide you,
if not, an Archdeacon will do"
How to do MDR:
If this is the first time you've done MDR you might find it best to have a personal briefing. Please contact us in the office for this, or with any other queries.
