 For pastoral and theological reasons, children and adults may be admitted to receive Holy Communion proir to confirmation.
 The House of Bishop's have issued these guidelines.
Booklets about Admission to Communion are also available from the Children's Work Department at Church House.
An Application Form to be completed by all parishes considering Admission to Communion before Confirmation
A Parish Statement regarding Admission to Communion which can be displayed
A Form of Consent for parents to complete
A Certificate of Admission to Communion before Confirmation to be given to those admitted
